Pffft, Warhammer is such an entry level poser game. It requires no knowledge of the western culture, their traditions or their rich history. Had you known any of that you wouldn't be requesting a Japanese localisation of a game that is already as entry level as can be.
Now something like Deus Ex, that's a different story. Not only is it considered a classic in their culture, but without a proper understanding of western politics, history and values, most of the themes will fly over your head. I'd know because I have spent many years researching American culture, and I have many friends from US, France and Italy who told me so too.
