I don't get her attitude. In the modern times, having s*x is hardly a signifier of commitment.

I get that many Catholics don't really follow the rules (if my parents did I wouldn't be born), but if they do I don't get why it's so hard to understand for non-Catholics. No marriage = no s*x.

Genuinely if she does not yield on this one, it's a sign of more trouble ahead.


At the end I just want to add, that most online religious people are super cringe, I will concede and agree with others in this thread on that.
