You would have better luck doing it the way blackpeopletwitter does, by allowing anyone to post, but having a special thread type that only mayos can post in.
The qualifications for Mayo threads should not be public, the thread tag should be โcountry clubโ with no elaboration, and the sub name should have nothing to do with white people.
