It's hilarious because if it were true it would already be headline news in the country involved and every detail of Steve's life would be in the public domain.
I remember in the UK when some autist hacked into US government networks and they invoked the extradition treaty there was huge campaigns here to prevent it and the prime minister had to get involved.

You're right! I thought attempted murder was enough for a death penalty, but I'm apparently wrong. In order not to be extradited one would have been successful with the attempt.
