He knew he was fricked, so I can't fault the guy for going for broke! But he needs to just accept that it didn't work. I don't want to listen to the call, but if he really did say "I'll make it easy on you and you can give me $10 million," that's just frickin hilariously bad. Codecels are truly terrible at this.

I think personally I would have gone for $500k and offered up a consultant contract where they pay me a monthly salary to help their devs integrate the tools the powerjannies want into the official app. Maybe do something where I get paid $20k/month for a year and then they pay me the remainder at the end of the consultant year. See what they say and go from there.
