RDrama fitness thread: I got COVID and missed my max out day :marseyitsover:

!fitness you know the drill, share your fitness goals/progress.

I had hit 245 for a clean 10 reps and was gonna go for a 300 lb bench until I literally got COVID 2 days before it (WTF Biden, I thought you ended COVID)

Also been talking to @carpathianflorist about having a fitness event, but Iโ€™m :marseygigaretard: and canโ€™t make a good badge

I cut off lifts from my routine that I realized werenโ€™t useful. My time in the gym went from 1 hour to 40 minutes with improved strength.

What would a fitness event entail? Physique posting, like an rDrama Mr. & Mrs. Olympia or something? Fitness related drama or reporting?

40 minutes is enough time to get a proper lifting session in. Guys who says they spend 2 hours lifting tend to be sitting on their phones for most of it in between the 4 sets they actually did.

I do 5 days a week and try to keep it under an hour. It so much better than long sessions at the gym and I can actually hit the big lifts properly now

If I'm on a cut I need to make sure I get long enough rest between sets.
