I had hit 245 for a clean 10 reps and was gonna go for a 300 lb bench until I literally got COVID 2 days before it (WTF Biden, I thought you ended COVID)
Also been talking to @carpathianflorist about having a fitness event, but Iβm and canβt make a good badge

Decided I'm just going to keep cutting until I hate myself. My bench is currently at 245 5x5 so as long as it stays above 2 plate for my reps I'm good

I wouldnβt feel too bad if you get weak on a cut king, the second it ends you get all the strength back
