Call the police and tell them you have reason to believe a mentally unstable neighbour (because no sane person would behave this way) has been repeatedly trying to expose your children to pornograpic content. Seriously.

This is why no one wants woman in power.

This guy could be some sick pervert trying to lure kids in who might be curious as to what those weird sounds they're hearing that are coming from the neighbours house. This man is a potential predator and should be treated as such. At the very least, a knock on his door from the police might scare some sense into him.

Or, more likely, you piss off him and his friends who all start individually calling the cops whenever you do anything harass you into leaving.

Also, be sure to remember this the next time twox complains about cops assuming they're lying
