Micah, co-host of the Grillcast, spoke to Yang yesterday at his event and he actually quoted him on Twitter lmao

The issue is that "centrism" defines itself in relation to the current positioning of the overton window rather than staking an actual position. It's a cop out. It's moral cowardice masquerading as reasonability. Anything less than a full-throated rebuke of fascism aids fascism

Its funny that so many people throw around big words but apparently cant even grasp that centrism doesnt mean taking the exact middle position on every issue. How braindead can you be?

It's the "you're either my ally or my enemy" mentality rotting thier brains. You either agree with them 100% or you are a bad person.

I think the idea of the Overton window shifting left and right is pretty dumb as well. Like sure Nazi Germany existed but it was sharing headspace with the Soviet Union. I think the Overton window expands and contracts and I donโ€™t think left and right is part of it, the centre is always the centre.

In a time of historic rise in fascism & violence, riding the fence is dereliction of your civil duty

If you switch out fascism for communism, this would be a rightoid's call to arms to violently overthrow the communist deep state lmao. :marseylaugh:
