Read a tip on the subject just the other day. If you overheat a teflon pan, apparently any bird in the house will get done quick. Other non-stick coatings also work, to varying degrees. This offers maximum plausible deniability, since who would expect that a pan you bought from the store to kill birbs? Someone forward this one to the reddit OP.
