i have had two periods in my life where i was really actively working towards something. both times i achieved it and then it blew up in my face. the first time it wasn't my fault, the second time it absolutely was. now i'm scared to try again, and out of passionate ideas, so i'm just kind of coasting. it's comfortable day-to-day; i have friends, dates, a house, a job, hobbies; but time is still passing, and i'm worried if i don't find motivation again soon i'm ngmi.
