I'm a dirty eurocel, but to tell you the truth there has not been much drama about my country (also, I don't pay too much attention to it).
Except a minister of the government run over a guy when he was going around 200km/h, and he is still minister. All of the drama is in a dialect of vulgar latin, so incomprehensible for english r-slurs.

My guess is Romanians (as you can tell by their self-identification - they like to bring up Rome). Though, of course, it could also be any part of South-West Europe...
