In all serious, I'm not really sure what the vaccine actually does. My parents, younger brother, and now wife's stepfather all got corona while vaccinated. They all got moderately sick too, same as I did. People screaming at me that I'm somehow killing people by not taking it is very strange considering 7 people close to me who were vaccinated still got corona (and probably spread it to others).

This whole situation is just really fricking confusing to be perfectly honest. Certain people are just embracing being a "hero" by going apeshit at people for very little reason. And it's not just the left either, my grandmother with a compromised immune system (who has been wearing masks long before covid) got yelled at for wearing a mask by a Trumpcel

This whole deal has just made everyone fricking insane.

In my more schizo moments I think that's what it does.

But really its being locked down for more than a year that has turned people insane. And they are going to seem normal next to the kids right now, when those grow up. We are so mega, giga fricked with those kids. A full generation of germaphobes. And not the fun reaping the whirlwind kind.
