Intermittent Goombling post

Haven't goombled in a bit but going down to the casino tonight for 2/5 NLH. I still hate that they don't serve booze on the casino floor but they're at least okay with fricking off the table for 15-25 minutes while you hit up the bar :marseyshrug:

The med posts were doing about average. They never really get a lot of traction especially that, while not difficult, are more niche subjects that require some googling unless you're a doctor or work in oncology/ED

They're literally just standard case studies you see in any tumor board or M&M. I can't say they're lies, though I will confess some of them weren't my cases.

Well since you aren't a doctor it is a good thing none of them were yours. Why won't you just admit to not being a doctor? We won't judge.

I mean I am a retired doctor. I can admit that I'm no longer practicing medicine and just doing research, but after about 20 years studying and working in the medical field diagnosing including shadowing, clinicals, residency, fellowship and attending it's hard to say I wasn't a doctor.
