Punished 4x a week, drop sets, to failure, heavy and high reps, and still they grow so slowly. My triceps are huge, they look awesome.

Post your nastiest, most brutal bicep workouts if you're a real American patriot. Make me suffer.

I just do preachers, short :marseyshortbus: bench, skull :marseygrimreaper: crushers and to finish some lateral raises and hammer :marseyjudge: curls. With a split you already hit the arms 3 times a week so you dont need to focus on biceps so much on arm day.
