I like doing something following more of a HIIT style (or whatever mentzer talked about)
I do
3xfailure bicep curls using bar(50lbs)
3xfailure bicep curls using dumbbell (35lbs)
2-3xfailure chin-ups (usually around 4-7 by this point due to fatigue)
2-3 dozen hard kendo sword swings on boxing dummy
I usually do some tricep and neck stuff as well in-between those. I need to focus more on triceps / whatever is on the side of biceps since they're not the biggest.
Personally my biceps aren't my issue, they look big enough, left could be better though, but for me my chest is my bane.

The trick with biceps in my opinion is just absurd volume. Start curling at 50 lbs until you fail to hit 10 reps an arm and then drondown to 45 lbs. Continue until you can't curl 20s at all.
I just do preachers, short bench, skull crushers and to finish some lateral raises and hammer curls. With a split you already hit the arms 3 times a week so you dont need to focus on biceps so much on arm day.

Then obviously it isn't working. It's not just the weight, but that it continuously goes up. @DestoryerSCAREbine find that ez bar curls work very good for me.

Treat them like regular lifts, focus on increasing the weight each time.

Heavy weights aren't working for me. Only real volume has gotten me anywhere, and the volume is absurd.
