It's pretty clear that it's not baiting like it used to and I think the reason is obvious..
I think anyone who might've been seething previously is in on it now. A new rule or two might be fun to bring out the 's and get the sub back on track. I'll even put in a request to the reddit admins to double your salary for the extra work.
There's a few other posts that don't meet even the most generous bait standards (E.g. https://old.reddit.com/r/LoveForLandlords/comments/qgwofk/on_our_way_to_the_annual_landlord_meetup_see_you/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share)

LFL has been a circlejerk for a year now. The days of actually baiting people are over.

I feel like it could be restored to it's former glory with a new rule or two just to stop all the annoying shit. I know LFL was made in the renting crisis which made it even more perfect, but it should still be able to milk some great cope.

What rule would you suggest?

Something along the lines of "No Landface" and then just say that a lot of far left and far right accounts have been agandaposting with the facade of being Landlords. Then do a mass ban to remind everyone what a decent post looks like.
Maybe encourage users to contribute ways of making more ROI for their properties. Honestly I want the sub to get mean again and talk about abusing renters. I feel like that would generate the most outside seeth from anyone looking in.

Iβll take your ideas into account and then say theyβre mine if it works well
