As a hockey fan this makes me pretty sad
. Fricking r-slurs not making the anti-cut neck guards mandatory. It was just a matter of time until this happened. Just like how it took a fan dying before they realized it would be smart to put up safety netting behind the area where players are shooting frozen pucks at up to 100 mph.
