this isn't communism any more than the usa is capitalist

human societies follow a boom bust cycle

and make up elaborate stories as to how their ideology is or isn't to blame when the bust happens

this is just how slurred we are

a lot of our problems in the US stem from our departure from true capitalism into crony capitalism

Crony capitalism is real capitalism just as stalin communism was real communism. It's the natural evolution of these systems over time no matter how you play it.

ok but if true capitalism has never been tried then aren't you playing the same stupid game internet communists are playing, defending a broken failure of a system?

sounds pretty darn cucked to me son

No I am saying true capitalism has been tried and it always ends up as crony capitalism just because you dont like the same results you are constantly getting doesnt mean the attempt was fake it just means that that's the result you get in practice.

if capitalism always ends up as crony capitalism and communism always ends up as crony communism and societies continue a boom-bust cycle regardless of the ideologies of those societies, then isn't it cucked to ascribe those busts to the ideology?

Kind of r-slurred if you're saying that booms/busts aren't sometimes caused by government decisions.

sometimes you can draw a line between a domino falling and a decision made by a government official, it's true, but the reality is dominoes get set up and then they get knocked down by blundering humans
