Fellow citizens of the Vulgate,
Happy chewers of dewy sewers
And other neat stuff like that;
I COME TO YOU BECAUSE THE REPUBLIC IS IN PERIL
FAITH IN OUR CIVIC RELIGION IS FALLING SHORT
and some, in their desperation, turn to failed methods of the past in order to seek the
CHANGE
WHICH
MUST
ARRIVE
Thus do I bind a circle on those collected here,
The Registry of Impassionatas!
