I will second this nomination, but I will ask, who shall post it? It would be best to have a full plan before we call a vote of the Impassionatas.
Bearing in mind, we're down 1 Impassionata with the Chief Impassionata overtaken by Bimothy. Yes this is real these are real words I'm typing right now. We still have a quorum but it's best to vote by clear majority.

Hmm, it seems that for sugmatic logistic purposes having a ping group would be ideal. Perhaps we should levy a tax on the citizens.

Well bearing in mind that currently that Impassionata is Bimothy so the second of their nomination is null!
This is fine, though, this is really what the public comment period is for anyway.
(Thus does the Committee operate without the need for its Head.)
I agree that some dispensation of funds will be necessary. There are problematic aspects of "The Treasury":
They require the position of: The Treasurer.
And no one can ever trust
The Treasurer.
So what do we do? Public treasury?
