The NYC average isn't even on the list, so we have no idea what they make there. However, nuke workers don't live in the hustle and bustle because we don't build nuclear plants anywhere near barcades. They live out on Long Island or in Jersey or on Staten Island where other people who make the same kind of money (plumbers, cops, electricians) live.
