I know OP is being ironic but honestly, all urban planning is pseudoscience. Maybe it would improve traffic time, commutes if we made every shithole Boston street a 40 lane highway or banned cute twinks on bikes? Who knows? There's literally zero actual proof that anti-care bullshit will work any more than pro-car policies from the 50s.
