I've only modded @Its_a_fetish so far, but it's probably wise to expand the mod list.
I'm thinking any users who are MtF (and QT) or femboy or biofoid should be candidates. I'm not any of those, I'm a moid with too much DC.
I'm too busy to follow meta much, but who would be a dramatic and useful member of the mod team? The proclivity of them to attention whore and post images of their feminine body is paramount.
