Feature Request: Clear All Notifications/Mark All Messages as "Read"

My notifications are bugged out, where I have a constant [1] even though I don't have anyone trying to talk at me. I'd like the option to clear all my notifications, as that would also make it easier to ignore people if I don't want to read their bullshit.
