Sub Idea: r/FahrenheitForAll

Global Warming is a serious problem, and requires all of us to do our part by lowering our carbon footprints. One of the largest contributors to excess energy waste is air conditioning. Due to the imprecise nature of the metric system, specifically the unit of temperature, Celsius, millions of tons of excess CO2 are emitted each year.

Let's look at some facts: if the ambient temperature is 80F, cooling a room to 72F uses 3% less energy than cooling the same room to 22C. Likewise, cooling that same room to 70F uses 1% less energy than if it were 21C. In some cases, that number may approach 5%.

Air conditioning is approximately 13% of global energy use, creating 2 billion tons of CO2 every year. By embracing Fahrenheit, we can effortless reduce that number significantly: If we assume a 3% savings, ditching Celsius will save nearly 60 million tons of CO2 emissions per year.

I understand this is a change for many, but we have to make a choice: Celsius or the planet. There's only one right answer.

Hmm good bit. Some r/collapse -posting casually throwing it in there in stealth edits on top comments of whatever they're whining about at the moment would be good fertilizer.

Yes Minecraft is symbolic in many ways with The book of Revelation in the Bible and is preparing Us for the End-times war. Whether you want to believe it or not the facts are undeniable and the similarities are tantamount to the fact this game was divinely created through the hand spiritually. The Creator of this game goes by the name of Notch and in Jewish Gematria that equals = 201 and Roman in Jewish Gematria also equals = 201 same goes for with Apollo and what does that mean, you tell me.
