IMO, I don't think that's the main point of failure. If those "socialists" keep on racing to the bottom to find all sorts of minorities to wank over, then the "system" only has to give some crumbs to a few individuals from those minority groups. Hence all the bleating about diversity in corporations and the government. Once that happens, those minority groups would never want to overthrow the "system" since they'd be getting a taste of power on their own. The mayo "socialists" would then be absolutely terrified to go against their sacred minority allies. They would even go so far as to defend mega-corps which strive to act "woke" (e.g. see all the leftoids cheering and defending social media giants like Twitter when they banned rightoids). The overall result is that the "system" only has to sprinkle a bit of power on a tiny % of minority groups in order to paralyze and tame these "socialists" into inaction.

This state of affair is pretty amusingly ironic to me since socialism and communism, by their very nature, were always about championing the interests of the majority (i.e. the peasants and workers in the early 20th century) against the minority (i.e. "fat cat" capitalists). Now all of these Western far-leftoids are willingly letting themselves be co-opted into idpol. This makes them obsess over minority groups and prevents them from ever creating a majority coalition (if that's even possible).
