How do you get into RED? I was in what.cd but after they got raided I've only been able to get into jpopsuki. I haven't ever seen RED do open enrollment.
Also, now that the dust has settled, has a what.cd replacement come around?

I donβt keep up like I should but RED is much harder to have good standing in IME. OPH has less releases and quality control than RED but itβs much easier to be in good standing due to the bonus points system.
Both do interviews but it seems like the halcyon days we had with WCD are over with everyone streaming. Even Apple Music has lossless now (including Hi-Res!) so I donβt see much of a reason unless youβre neurodivergent about your music collection - admittedly I am on my hifi setup.

Yeah itβs possible that jpopsuki has invite forums but I think youβd have better chances on AnimeBytes going that route.
Do you use Rockbox and do you like DankPods? I use my iPhone and AirPods Pro for on the go listening (usually just podcasts) but iPods are some awesome gear, my friend loves the flash mod one I gave him (5.5 with the Wolfson DAC iirc). I use beets.io for my music autism on my hifi, keeps my whole collection very nicely organized.

Haven't heard of DankPods, but I use Rockbox on my iPod. I also removed the hard drive and replaced it with iFlash microSD cards. I think I have iPod 5.5 as well.
I've been using MusicBee. I doubt it's the best program out there when there's foobar, but it looks elegant with a theme I found for it and it hasn't failed me so far. What is beets.io? I've never heard of it till now.

DankPods is a funny YouTuber who messes around with old MP3 players and the reason iPods shot up in value in the last 18 months. Rockbox is cool as heck, I have it on a Sansa Clip thatβs lying around somewhere, super crazy you can do hardware decoding of modern formats with it.
beets.io is a python program that will take your music folder, analyze it, determine all the proper metadata from the musicbrainz.org database, rewrite everything, then organize it properly in a cataloged library. Itβs awesome at getting all the correct metadata down to specific releases. Lots of cool things you can do with a database of all your files from just simple queries to using plugins to mass convert your files to something more space saving (i.e. all your FLACs to Opus for portable listening). Picard is an alternative thatβs GUI based. The only downside is you do need to set aside some time, dependent on the size and obscurity of your library, to actually tell it what release is what. It will get 70% of them Iβd say but if you have 1000 albums thatβs still quite a lot to say βyes this metadata is rightβ.

Reputation is the one where Taylor basically acknowledges that many people on social media are shitty buttholes who like to tear down anyone who's better than them, so it always came across as the most authentic album to me. Because hey, we here on rdrama already know this fact, but it's nice to have a celebrity affirming our worldview.

I had a fling with a chick who was super ultra into taytay (even more than me which is weird). The drop of the new album she listened to it non stop for like a week. I thought a couple of songs were good but just felt like she went into a 808 and heartbreak kinda phase. So not bad, just kinda weird. Hopefully this new one is less... hipster

I think the only albums I do that with is Ye lol. Do you mean Folklore and Evermore? There's a couple songs I love on them but yeah any of that subtle indie music needs to have something to really grab my attention - see Bon Iver.
This is just a re-release of Red but she'll actually own the rights. I've been enjoying most of the tracks tweaks so far - mixed on the changes of 22.
