Nobody seems to have gotten the answer and I got a work email so this is the answer

Took about 45 minutes since she had the crash team on standby. It was a dislocated shoulder. 45 minutes because she didn't know what the word arm was and thought the pain was in her chest whochbgives us massive concern. Once I figured out that was what was wrong it took maybe 5 seconds to put it back into place.

Sorry, nobody is getting my doxx

Yall downvoting this and don't get that the majority of ER stuff is as asinine as the question. Had a patient drunkenly fall down and had to relocate his jaw and ended up being about 3 hours of paperwork and waiting on lab results because he had AIDS. Patients love to waste our time

I gave all the information provided outside of the actual answer :marseyshrug: welcome to the ER. We spend more time asking questions than we do figuring out the Dx.
