This guy below works for sweet baby as a "narrative designer". I guess "writer" wasn't an inflated enough job title. He has since privated his account after calling for a mass reporting campaign against an account that simply credits them with games they're involved in 
. The picture isn't that clear, but it's all I got.

I mean it's obvious - they want to be found by companies, publishers and developers who want to max out their ESG scores, but at the same time they realize that over 90% of g*mers would hate what they are doing and that they even get money for it, so they don't want to be found out.
