I’ve been in tons of servers that got banned and nothing ever happened, I think it’s an empty threat and they probably actually browse what was posted to find people to action, or do so algorithmically.

Null said it they just ban your account if you're an owner or mod of a server that they sweep. I don't think it does anything to users.
