My neighbors are like a second set of parents for me. He'll bring back my garbage can, we blow both driveways together, I'll help him with electronics, he'll help me with mechanical stuff...
He needed to move a dryer receptacle? Well i have some polaris lugs and junction boxes handy. I need to re-mortar my back porch? He has all the tools necessary for that.
Really the only one-sided part is his attractive college-aged granddaughter living there, but that's in my favor
