The first thing we need to address here is that we don't know what the author means when he says Sukana is holding back it seems like based on kusakabes words that he is just holding back his second fire technique but there's no evidence he's holding back physically and the feats actually contradict that interpretation considering Gojo tanked many domain amped attacks kept up in speed in a 3v1 and overcame Sukanas durability multiple times in the fight Secondly Sukana is stated to stay in megumis body because he thinks it will give him an advantage over Gojo it's also possible he can't use megumis abilities while in heian form since he has many useful shikigami still alive but hasn't used them since he swapped bodies Finally Gojo won the domain class because constantly he had a massive advantage in close quarters combat heian era Sukana has a stat advantage to be sure but it's unquantifiable we have no reason to think he'd go from obviously weaker to having an advantage So if the do...
