So I'm on my own. The class is huge and predominately boys. And they have been horrible. Insulting, swearing, mocking, mansplaining horrible

Sounds like they were total buttholes but maybe now they realize how over the line they were. Go back in confidently and tell them that they should keep their snarky comments to themselves and treat you respectfully from now on
