Like my girl never suggests anything but she is happy to do anything i suggest. Like if we go somewhere to eat, or do something together she usually never comes up with suggestions but is happy with any that I suggest. Same in bed, she's okay with anything but she doesn't do anything by her own initiative, like you have to ask her.
I feel like I always have to make the decision for everything. Is that normal?

well for one, stop calling your hand your girlfriend. Of course your hand is passive and happy with whatever you do, it is your hand.
