What are some things you do to detach?

I have a lot of fear and guilt and since I have a Siddhu that I'm having difficulty dealing with and I've been working with some Qlippothic spirits which can cause unbalance to kind of bring these emotions and what is unconscious to the surface, how do you practice detachment when you can't detach.

I need to cultivate a mind that is dispassionate and stop living in visions of fear trying to make sense of the world in order to understand it so I can protect myself in order to shed sin. How do you?

I suggest turning off the tv and social media.

Touch grass and spend time with people who care about you.

Get a new hobby and talk about that.

Make sure the hobby is interesting and non political.
