I have a lot of fear and guilt and since I have a Siddhu that I'm having difficulty dealing with and I've been working with some Qlippothic spirits which can cause unbalance to kind of bring these emotions and what is unconscious to the surface, how do you practice detachment when you can't detach.

I need to cultivate a mind that is dispassionate and stop living in visions of fear trying to make sense of the world in order to understand it so I can protect myself in order to shed sin. How do you?

Sometimes I like to sit down and read/(now recite) the 37 requisites of enlightenment as listed on pages 14-16 of this pdf:

Sometimes I sit down and do a dozen or so breaths of spinal breathing. I start with my attention at the base of my spine and as I breathe in I let my attention move up my spine to the top of the head. As I breathe out I let my attention move back down to the base of the spine. On my last breath I hold my breath in for as long as comfortable while imagining a bright light in my head.
Sometimes, I sit down and meditate in accordance with the technique described in the following book:

May you be well and happy ๐
