i'll probably delete this after i write it so it doesnt get traced back to my stupid bussy account but the thing is my idea for the theme of the story is actually that the bounty hunter sort of admires him for deserting and killing his platoon. because the bounty hunter has self rationalized that his profession is not just a money maker but that hes a good hearted killer. but the confederate general is still a racist or genuine misanthrope and tries to tell him how stupid he is for thinking that he or the general are good for killing the right people. the general sort of agrees if he can survive running with his gang of bandits he's now running he'll turn himself in. over time the general reveals what caused him to do mass murder and the thing is he becomes less racist over time because he used to just view black people as like animals. but he realizes this guy is a geniune person with thoughts and feelings not instinct, but the irony is he sheds his racist attitudes because he geniunely despises the bounter hunter as a person just like he would a white. and the end of the story is the confederate killing himself so he'll only get 20,000 for bringing him in and not the full 40,000. just to spite the guy and his code. does that sound any good?

Impressive. Normally people with such severe developmental disabilities struggle to write much more than a sentence or two. He really has exceded our expectations for the writing portion. Sadly the coherency of his writing, along with his abilities in the social skills and reading portions, are far behind his peers with similar disabilities.

Good point but the idea is to sell the generals unpredictability where he kills one of his gang for making a racist remark, before making one himself later anyway. You do have a good point tho I might simplify the story because youre right that this is a detail where you could lose it and still get the idea of the crazy confederate general vs the black bounty hunter whos also crazy but wont admit it that is the drive of the story
