I had a stressful week at work because there's a major software upgrade programme starting in a week and one of the key suppliers we needed to sort out a load of shite they've left running on the server their product runs on let us down massively.

I didn't mention anything at home because when I clock off I'm able to forget about work shit.

But my wife goes to me last night:

I haven't been sleeping well because I've been really stressed this week.
