It's mission-based rather than wave based, but otherwise similar if you swap zombies for robots and not-tyranids. Similarly to Palworld, it became a meme due to a controversy while still being good enough that players actually like it. It's also one of the few cases where "live service" means regular updates which coincide with lore events, rather than seasonal battle passes without non-cosmetic content.
