TBH 13.1 miles at a 7:43 pace is pretty darn good for a biofoid, doubly so if the course had lots of inclines. I kneel if true :marseykneel:

Yeah I kinda figured. I keep running for the cardio benefits but I have never had a slim build. Muscle comes on pretty easy with strength training but running is always hard for me
