Tips on sleeping?

Just looking for new tips. My sleep cycle is fricking wack. It's all over the place. Like does warm milk actually work? I already try asmr, not thinking, heavy blankets, etc. It's like 1am so bored. Ran out of posts to upvote. Pic is Chrono Cross.

I don't have any serious problems with sleeping, but one thing that helps me is to put on a podcast that you like, and put it on pretty quiet, at a volume level where you have to focus to make out the words. Then your mind can switch between actually paying attention and letting the podcast blur into a soft hum of comfortable nonsense noises. Then drift to sleep.
