You should probably do a CBC+D, document tremors and family hx of tremors and a few other physical evaluations I won't say as it gives the answer.

omg dude I'm on my phone. physical exam. Document tremors during this. neurological evaluation. Tinel's sign. Look for muscle wasting or weakness. CBC+D. Unexplained leukocytosis or blasts. More blood tests, imaging studies or bone marrow biopsy to check for leukemia.

I did half my job on a phone so that shouldn't be an issue outside of not being able to post notes. Actually pretty accurate but will say physical neuropathy is part of neurological evaluation. Flow showed a percentage of blasts in peripheral blood that did lead to a bone marrow Bx.
