i lived in a walkable neighborhood and it was one of the most racist, fatphobic, homophobic places iβve ever lived. my anxiety became debilitating. i began to hate leaving my house bc of the way ppl on the street treated me. my overall health declined and iβm still recovering https://t.co/48FHlK8TWO

Honestly one of the small reasons of many that fats exist. We used to hang around in the carless street and bully each other for not being strong or straight.

It's like 100 calories a mile and fats don't walk fast. One "healthy snack to nourish their body after all the walking" a day and they'd still gain.

They have to carry more weight than you do. Look at how deathfat exercises involve things like holding out your arms and shaking them.

That's their own fault and no body else's.
If they pack a 200lb backpack while going on a camping trip and I only need a 50lb one, I don't see how that's my problem or anyone else's.

I mean, they'll burn more calories than you would in the same situation. That's why I brought up the exercises where they just wave their arms. If your arms are 50 60 lbs apiece, it's a harder workout than if we straight sized people did the same.

No fricking duh.
I don't need to burn more calories since I'm not a whale.
It's harder, because they made it more difficult for themselves.
We get that the workouts are not equivalent, but reject the premise that fats didn't do this to themselves.
People with normal body weights work out to stay healthy. Fats work out to lose weight.

You're acting like walking everywhere wouldn't make a difference. Are you really that worked up by the thought that moving more might thin these people up?

Even if fats lived in walkable cities they wouldn't walk.
They'd still drive the five minutes instead of walking ten.
And like my doctor told me

A person weighing 400 lbs burns 80 calories a mile. I was going off running calories.
