I think the sort of painterly cartoon art style just has associations with sexualized fan art. Like, if you're depicting crying and blood in this style, and the image of suffering is attractive, then many people will assume there's a sexual dimension. Imo I would either go for a slightly more realistic art style when depicting this sort of thing, or else draw out the whole scenario (as a short comic or something) so people understand the context.

At the end of the day though search engine hates this site (google has manually blocked us) so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Something like Reddit is the real issue if you just don't want people to see it. Don't use Reddit as your main platform, literally anything else is better. Reposting to Reddit is fine, but using Reddit limits your reach and also isn't as hecking wholesome as other communities when it comes to these male dominated communities like fallout.
