Someone complained about my yard again and TWO bylaw officers showed up to investigate, front yard and back. They told me the yard and lot maintenance bylaw applies to grass and weeds over 8 inches. We tried that this year on some parts of the property that's hard to mow, like next to the front sidewalk. "It's supposed to keep out the crab grass," said Mrs. Gorillawitz. And it looked great in April and May, but now is about 50% crab grass and will likely be 80% by the end of summer. That shit is evil.
