Yeah nah I don't believe that, especially at 18 years old.

63 is really high for a junior/ apprentice electrician. I think he said somewhere his brother runs one of the largest electrician companies in Charlotte so their is probably some nepotism going on

63 is high for electricians, even in Charlotte. I can't get it to drill down to specifically union journeyman, but still.

Only way you're getting $63 is using that magic Union Mathβ„’ that includes every benefit they offer, valued at the rate they say it's worth, which you can't exchange for beer.

In California, the average is 45.

I had a buddy who was a plumber in Myrtle beach, the master plumbers there were pulling in around 100k a year (after 10 years of experience and focusing on mostly on commercial jobs)

I actually have no idea how wages are calculated at that point when union stuff gets mixed in.

I figured nepotism got him a golden package plus union stuff

Every estimate I've seen for electrician salaries in my region on glassdoor or anywhere else has been at most 2/3rds of what the companies in my area are paying. Google :marseygetgle: gives a similar $32 estimate, while a local non-union company that was once notorious for underpaying their staff :marseysunwukong2: is advertising $50/hr for a ticketed electrician. $63 for a fresh :marseybellpepper: apprentice is complete bullshit :marseyitsallsotiresome: though.

I'm more curious :marseyjannysuspicious: about how this foid has been working :marseylifting: for 12 years and still has 70k in student :marseybowing: loan debt.

I still have to wonder if it's actual "beer money" pay or ✨ Union Pay ✨.

My paycheck says $40/hour. But if you add in my insurance, 401k company match, 403, company truck, fuel card, etc, it becomes """$84/hour""".

She probably failed out of nursing school on the final year before "actually teaching is my passion"

The whole post is a massive embellishment, so either your right :marseyveryworriedtrans: or it's a completely made up number. I've never :marseyitsover: seen a company offer :marseywithcake: different :marseyvenn3: rates for resi work than commercial work. The most I've seen is bonus pay of around $5 an hour for camp work or tower work. A ~$40 difference would :marseywood: have your staff :marseysunwukong2: scheming and backstabbing to the point :marseysocratesyourself: that you wouldn't be able to do business.

For that matter, I can't think of any company in current_year that does both resi and industrial. There's minimal overlap between the two, skills-wise.

Are you suggesting that teachers have run out of things to whine about so now they have to lie in order to gain sympathy
