Unless you work for the :marseyglow: MDM solutions basically refuse to touch anything on phones other than corporate apps and security settings due to liability. No employer wants to risk million-dollar lawsuits if they wipe sensitive employee-owned data, and DLP tools are good enough to be targeted to prevent data exhilaration without destroying legitimate personal data. There were some major lawsuits about 10 years ago due to less discriminating tools deleting employee stuff like financial info, irreplaceable pictures of dead relatives, and other stuff, so most companies have gotten pretty cautious about snooping too hard on BYOD machines
