i said (or maybe implied I can't remember) it did grow, because they keep dead old people on it and add non-citizens to use their "votes" to commit election fraud. if they did successfully clear the dead people off, and didn't add non-citizens, I don't think it would grow, because I don't believe legitimate citizens are registering to vote at a pace that exceeds the deaths of senior voters.
Biden's high vote total is because of the dead and non-citizen "votes". His low percentage is because Trump won with actual legitimate votes. The cheating was barely sufficient.
