I was a highwayman
Along the coach roads, I did ride
With sword and pistol by my side
Many a young maid lost her baubles to my trade
Many a soldier shed his lifeblood on my blade
The bastards hung me in the spring of twenty-five
But I am still alive
I was a sailor
I was borne upon the tide
And with the sea, I did abide
I sailed a schooner round the Horn to Mexico
I went aloft and furled the mainsail in a blow
And when the yards broke off they said that I got killed
But I am living still
I was a dam builder
Across the river deep and wide
Where steel and water did collide
A place called Boulder on the wild Colorado
I slipped and fell into the wet concrete below
They buried me in that great tomb that knows no sound
But I am still around
I'll always be around and around and around and around and around and around
I fly a starship
Across the Universe divide
And when I reach the other side
I'll find a place to rest my spirit if I can
Perhaps I may become a highwayman again
Or I may simply be a single drop of rain
But I will remain
I'll be back again and again and again and again and again and again

Fun fact: This song is based on the life of Johnathan Wilde, an 18th century London law enforcement officer who used his position to run a massive criminal empire. He was eventually arrested after a young burglar he caught called Jack Sheppard gave evidence against him before being hung at the Tyburn Gallows. This evidence caused many others in London, including his former aide Charles Hitchen who finally aprehended Wilde. Wilde attempted suicide at Tyburn prison before being hung.
Shepard was inspiration for a character called MacHeath in John Gay's 'The Beggar's Opera'. A Jazz version of this Opera was created in Weimar Germany, composed by Kurt Weil and Lucile Braun with lyrics and libretto written by Berthold Brecht. MacHeath's character was called 'Maccen de Masser' and his signature tune was recomposed by Louie Armstrong as a big band swing tune. Translated lyrics were later added and the song became a big hit for Bobby Darren- it was called 'Mac The Knife'.

Side note: it's a function of that testosterone crippled brain that you are so focused on peepees, and your own peepee in particular. Guess what? Take estrogen for a while and you will lose focus on that body part to the point where it doesn't even matter anymore. There is so much more to being a woman that genitals, like the depth and complexity of emotions and bonding with others in ways that are literally incomprehensible to you.
